After the holiday season, excessive intake of sugar, unhealthy snacks and alcohol, you have certainly noticed that your body is difficult and the digestion is irregular.

Once we put it on sweet foods and carbohydrates it’s really hard to turn to a healthy lifestyle. When we talking about a healthy lifestyle, we are not talking about hunger but about careful selection of food that we will consume.

The first step in cleansing the body of toxins that accumulated during the month of December is certainly the pursuit of detoxification.

What is detoxification?

Detoxification is a consequence of long-term accumulation of waste substances and toxins in the body, causing excessive acidity and oxygen deficiency, and burdening the workings of the internal organs, and are a suitable soil for the development of bacteria and viruses, causing lighter or more severe diseases, depending on the organism’s contamination.
